Hello, Dorris. This looks like a very old operator. I'm afraid we don't sell an exact match, and I don't know if you'll even be able to find one these days.

We do sell the 39-390 and 39-389 Andersen operators, which are somewhat more modern, but I cannot guarantee that they will work on your window. Look them over and see what you think.
