I need to replace one or more of these crank arm assemblies if possible

This awning window is quite old - the worm gear has a lot of slop. You can't tighten the crank, even though the gear is not stripped. Do you a replacement for this? It is an Anderson window - no numbers on it.

Probably Andersen, the windows are. Base of crank handle is broken. I think I need to replace the entire mechanism.

Please see the attached pics from my customer looking for a replacement for their awning window cranks. Am I right in assuming that your 39-389 kit should work? I am not able to see any identifying numbers or markings anywhere.

I have Anderson awning type windows in my house, they have become difficult to open and close. The house was built in 1958. I am looking for replacement hardware becuase they seem to be worn out. I am greatful for any help you can provide.

I'd like to replace an Andersen rotolock short arm operator for an awning window. I see that you offer an Awning Operator Kit, Short Arm (Product Code: 39-390) however, the connection to the rod on the glass frame seems different as it doesn't appear to connect with the same operator shoe. These windows are at least 40 years old. The attachment point to the wire bar on the window has a hollow tube or sleeve attached to the arm that is wrapped around the bar, likely slid in at one end while separated then the bar is attached to the window.

Looking to replace the crank handle on what I've been told are Marvin windows. I would guess they are from the 1980's, but not sure. The spline is attached to the handle. I think it is worn. Can you help?
