Thanks for writing in! Your old Andersen operator has not been made in quite sometime. Unfortunately, we have not confirmed a direct replacement but there is a chance our 39-389 may be worth considering as a replacement. The compatible crank handle is the 39-286 Casement Window Handle.

Installing this operator would likely require making adaptations, like cutting the sill or drilling new installation holes, to accept the new style base. Although, you should be aware that even after having made these modifications, there is no guarantee that this will work.
