Hello,
It looks like your awning operator is an older-style Andersen assembly but I'm not sure what size you need. Take a look at the two from Andersen, the 39-389 long kit and the 39-390 short kit, along with the 39-286 handle. Review the suggested parts shown on this page, along with the related videos.
