Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like you need both an awning and a casement window operator. Your old awning operator isn't made anymore but the 39-389 and 39-390 are our best options. They won't be a perfect fit so you'll need to do some handiwork to get it to seat nicely in the sill. It will take some trial and error. 

As for the casement window, I recommend you start with the 39-031 and 39-032. Carefully compare the dimensions with your old operator to see if they match up.
