The stud is missing from the end of this operator. Do you know if I can add the stud back or do I need a new operator all together. Thank you.

I can't be sure without seeing the entire assembly but your operator resembles the 39-389 or 39-390 shown below. If so, we do offer the 36-083 Andersen shoe kit. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!

My apologies Casey. This is the newer version of Andre operators. It has one arm.

I've honestly never come across a version of these operators that only uses one arm to move the sash. Could you show us a photo of the whole assembly, including the entire arm and the base?

This is what the operator looks like. I think the replacement shoe with the nut and bolt should do the trick. The operator works fine just missing the end piece.

Thanks for getting back to us. I agree that as long as the original operator is in good condition and the specifications of the 36-083 match your original shoe, you should be good to go.
