I have 2 Anderson windows that need parts.

Question

I have 2 Anderson windows that need parts.
1 awning will not crack open or close (the gears are not grabbing).
1 a casement that the handle broke completing off. If you look at the window from the inside it is on the right.

Can you tell what I need and if you have them?

Take a look and compare the Andersen 39-389 and 39-390 operators to yours, which both use the 39-286 handle. Thank you!
