Awning operator

Thanks for writing in. May I see a photo of the top of the operator base and the attachments at the end of the arms? I'll need to see the exact details from the operator to determine if the 39-389 is the correct replacement match.

Thanks for the additional photos. Your exact operators are obsolete, so the 39-389 Awning Operator Kit should work for the repair. We also have the 39-390 with shorter arms. They are both compatible with the 39-286 Casement Window Handle.

Keep in mind, you will need to make a few modifications to install this since these are made for more modern Andersen windows. Please see a detailed explanation on how to complete the installation here: Awning Windows - D406980.

You may also need the 36-086 Andersen Awning Bracket Kit for the installation.
