1970's Aluminum Sliding door handle/lock

Would like to replace the whole handle and lock hook/lever if possible.

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid we don't have an exact match for this handle set, but you may be able to use our 82-005 surface mounted handle as a replacement. Depending on your hole spacing, you may need to drill new holes to accommodate our replacement handle, just be careful not to hit the glass in your door. Many thanks.
