1974 Sliding Patio Door lock - large flange plate

Question

Hello! could you help me locate a ~1974 sliding door
replacement flange plate & latch lock.
I have removed the existing hardware, measured and photographed it in attached 2 photos.
I have looked at local hardware store and found nothing compatible.
I am hoping you might have something, or be able to point me in the right direction?

Apprecaite any help you might be able to provide!

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell a good match for the hardware shown here. The best we can offer appears to be the 82-005 surface mount handle set. This part measures 4-15/16" on the installation hole centers so drilling new holes will be necessary. I can't promise it will work for you even then but take a look at the specifications along with the related video and see what you think.
