Rather than get specific parts recommendations, I thought we would start with if you even had parts like these. If the answer is "yes", I can attempt to disassemble and get specific measurements.
I have included 3 pictures of one window where the spring is present, but disconnected, and 2 pictures of another window where the spring is no longer even present.
Please let me know if you have parts for these windows. Thanks.

Hello,
It looks like your window uses spiral balances. We do carry a selection of replacements but we would need to see an undamaged balance uninstalled, including the end of the spiral that extends from the housing, to compare to our inventory. We'll also need to know if the housing tube measured 3/8" or 5/8" in diameter. Thank you!
