We have Jeld-Wen wooden 50/50 windows that were made in 1996. We are the original owners of the home. Jeld-Wen informed us they no longer have parts for these windows. Your name was given to us by a Jeld-Wen customer service representative.
We think this part is called a balance title pin receiver or possibly pivit pin. It is located inside of the jambliner. The hole in the front of this part is where the pin on the window fits in order to lift the window. Do you have this part and how much would it be?
Thank you in advance for your time and consideration in this matter.
Sincerely,
Denise

Thanks for writing in, Denise. Take a look at our 15-104 Caradco Friction Shoe. I believe this is the part you are looking for. Keep in mind we cannot replace the jambliners themselves; you would need to contact your local mill work for this if needed. |

Hi Denise. Those dimensions certainly seem pretty close. Either way, this is the only friction shoe we have; if it doesn't work you will probably have to resort to all-new jambliners. Let me know how you make out. All shipping options are shown when you put in our zip code during checkout on the product page. |
