A home owner from San Ramon, CA says:

Hello

Could you please help to find a Windows channel balance Replacement Part that's only Stamped with: "25 2 EQ CALDWELL"?

My house is for sale and this could be gating item. The Length of the metal rod is 26" long and 1/2" wide.

I've attached Pictures that I hope can help you (wish I could add 2 more photos).

Hi Hamid. See our S380-26 or S385-26. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon fitting. Compare both with your old balance to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2520.
