Thanks for reaching out to us! Your coil balance shoe can be replaced with either the 15-111 Pivot Shoe or the 15-191 Heavy Duty Pivot Shoe. These have the same dimensions the latter is just made of a different material.

These shoes are compatible with the 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balance. You'll need to look for stamps/markings on the metal coil to determine the exact coils needed to complete your assembly.

The cover can be replaced with the 15-150D Coil Double Support.
