2 - 24" Channel Balances

Question

Need a couple Balances.I need 2-24" channel balances that are 24" by 1/2" by1/2" I couldn't find them on the website. Thank you.

Hello,

We don't carry your exact balances, but the S770-24 would be our best option. Note that this assembly uses a different pulley clip, but it will still fit into the pivot shoe the same way. I'd suggest weighing your window sash as well. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight.

As for the broken pivot shoe, we would need to see an undamaged version fully removed from one of your windows, as well as have you write out the exact width and thickness to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
