Thanks for writing in! Your coil balance assembly appears to be the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot along with the 15-086 Tandem Coil Housing. This assembly uses the Series 180 Coil Balance Spring. Given the 4 and the 5 stamped on your coils, you'll need the S180-4 and the S180-5 coil balances spring. These coils are compatible with the 16-024 Mounting Bracket.
