2 coils for vinyl sash window

Hello, am looking to replace the 2 coils on our vinyl sash window. Shoe is OK. Dimensions of the upper sash is 23.5x23. Photos attached. Please let me know if you can supply this part or need more information.

This looks like our 15-175 Pivot Shoe, which uses the Series 152 Coil Balances. To know what spring weights to select, look for stamps on the balances. If there are no stamps or you are unsure, give me the exact weight of the window sash, and I can work out what you need.

Hello - we're estimating a sash weight of about 12lbs so that would mean 2 of the 6lb series 152 coils are needed. To be safe, though, was thinking of ordering at the same time two of the 7lb coils. The other parts in the window are in good order so just need the coils. What is the return policy on these?

View our Return Policy here. Note that being within one pound of the exact sash weight usually works fine with coil balances: so for instance, if the window weighed 11.5 pounds exactly, a pair of the S152-6 6 pound springs work fine.
