Thanks for posting. I can't be entirely sure what pivot shoe you need without seeing the shoe out of the window; the width and thickness of the shoe are critical dimensions to know in determining the right replacement. It looks like you might have a Series 765 Channel Balance, and these often use our 15-046 Pivot Shoe; but it's best to compare your old shoe to the specifications listed to be certain. 

As far as your tilt latches go, start by looking at our 26-393 or 26-393B. Compare both sets to your old hardware and see if one is a better match.
