Thanks for posting! This patio door handle set reminds me of the 82-089 Legacy Handle Set. The keyed version is the 82-086. While the design does differ slightly, I am confident these should work for the repair.
The mortise lock appears to be the 82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock. This is sold separately from the handle set. There is a chance your existing keeper may not be compatible with your mortise lock. That said, you may also need to purchase the 82-249 Sliding Glass Door Multi-Point Keeper.
