2 point mortise lock with handle and keyed entry

I'm looking to replace the lock and handle in the photo. I have your 82-265 and 82-086 in mind?

Thanks for reaching out to us. I agree with your assessment of the 82-265. It just looks like your old lock is missing the faceplate. If the specifications match up you should be good to go!

As for the handle, I think the 82-030 with 3-15/16" hole center spacing would be a better match. Look this part over and see what you think!
