Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-29 or S385-29 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2850 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

The bottom fitting can wear down a bit over time, so you would need the S380-29 channel balance. You will see a list of options on the balance product page that you need to choose from before you can add them to your cart. Based on your 28E stamp, you will need the 2850 strength option for your replacement balances to support a window sash between 28 and 32 lbs.
