2 separate coil springs on each side of lower window

Question

Hi my window will not stay open. I need to replace the coil springs and the pivot shoes. The coil springs have no numbers on them and the window has no name on it. Please let me know which coil springs and pivot shoes I need. Thanks

Hello! Please see our 15-177 pivot shoe and Series 152 coil spring. Compare them to your original parts to verify that they match, but I'm confident that they will.

Since your old springs have no stamp, you need to weigh your sash on a scale and then divide that by how many springs support it. That will tell you which spring calibration to go with.
