Looking to replace these on an Alpine window from the 90's.   Any help appreciated.  One is completely missing and the other is rusty,

Thanks for posting. This looks like either an S380-21 or S385-21 Channel Balance, depending on the bottom shoe. See below. For a stamp option choose 2040.
