Looking to replace channel balances in several of my windows. Stamp is 20 4 CL Caldwell. Metal measures 21 inches. Plastic ends both have wings. Channel depth is 5/8' and width is 1/2". I believe I know what I need (21" Series 380 Channel Balance, S380-21) but would like to be sure before ordering 8 or more of these. Please advise. Thank you!

Hello,
With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-21 or S385-21 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
You'll also need 2040 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
