Thanks for reaching out to us. Our Series 795 looks like a good match. If the metal channel measures 20", you may need the 20E stamp option for your replacements. A pair of S795-20 balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 22 to 26 pounds. You could always weigh the window sash on a scale to confirm though. 

However, your T-lock shoe is damaged so I can't tell if the cam was closed or open. We recommend checking an undamaged version to confirm. The S795 comes attached with the closed cam 15-195 shoe but if yours ends up having an open cam, see the 15-195B which is sold separately.
