20 7 tilt balance replacement

Thank you for reaching out to us. This looks like a match for the Series 795. Your old shoe has an open cam so you'll also need the 15-195B which is sold separately. The default shoe the balance comes with will have to be removed and swapped with the open-cam shoe but it's very easy to do so. See the video below for more information.

Can you confirm the length of the metal channel? Does the balance install with a screw or a hook? 

Thanks for confirming. In that case, please see the S795-21 channel balance. Your old stamp doesn't translate to our options so you'll have to weigh the window sash to determine the correct stamp option for your replacement balances. There's a chart under the product description on the S795-21 store page that you can use as a reference.
