I am looking for replacement balancer parts. If it is no longer sold and have an alternative , I am open to that. And any instructional videos/directions you can send me are appreciated

Hi there!

It looks like you could have either our S380-21 or S385-21 depending on your bottom shoe depth. The Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. Measure as shown in the image below to see which one you'll need. You will also need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart under the product description on the S380-21 and S385-21 store pages to determine the appropriate spring strength option for your balance. I'll post a video below that will show you how to replace these types of balances, too.
