I have 20" balances, but i can't find the top and bottom nylon plugs

Thanks for posting. Start by comparing to the S380-20 or S385-20 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two balances is the shoe depth. See below. For a stamp option choose 1940.

Thank you , I have ordered and installed 6 of these. The easiest part of the install was putting in the balances. The hardest part was puutting the @#$#@ window back in. :-)
