2002 crestline home window parts

Question

Hi. I have a 2002 built crestline home. A few windows need new block and tackle parts. Theres a manufacture sticker on the windows.
Crestline Homes 3000 35 3/4 x 63 3/4 DH CLR GBG 6/6 WHT 3000DH3563C1 W/O 7656424.
Lower sash assembly is 29". Upper sash assembly is 27" (from mounting eye to bottom of shoe). The springs are rusted but usable. The nylon pieces are broke or cracked on a couple windows.
Googled multiple sites and see nothing close to what I have. Any suggestions?
Anything I can retrofit?

Thanks for posting. These old crossbow balances are no longer made, but you can replace them with our Series 795 Channel Balance. The video below shows how.
