need help finding this plastic part for the balance both sides of window and how to replace, Thanks!

Hello, thank you for posting,
Your original pivot shoe is no longer made, but we recommend comparing the dimensions of the 15-046 to start. The original will need to be removed from the window to get accurate measurements of the width and thickness to confirm. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions!

Thanks. Looks like the part we need. We are still working on getting it removed. Thanks for your assistance. Will be ordering parts soon.
