The crank no longer works on the window. Although it will open the window, it will no longer close it. Can you send me the part for replacement and the price? Thank-you.

I would like to order this part - but I need it for the left side of the window. Which one applies? Thank you. Anne McNeilly

The 39-155 and 39-156 are not marked specifically for left or right-handed windows. Rather, look at what side of the handle the arms attach to. If it's on the right side of the handle (as appears in your photo), you need the 39-156 as seen below.
