I believe this would be a 21" series 377 channel balance. Please validate. Also need the proper take out clip. Please tell which one is required.Thank you

Thanks for reaching out to us! Our S350-21 with the 2020 stamp looks like a better match. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.

I don't see a take out clip in these photos but see the 16-002 and 16-023. Carefully review the specifications to see which one matches up with your old clip.
