Thank you for reaching out to us, Susan. Your balance matches either our S380-21 or S385-21, depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. Measure as shown in the image below to determine the best match. You will also need the 2040 strength option.

Thank you for your response. Attached is the best picture I could take and I think the dimension you asked about is 1 3/32nds. I was unsure so I went to a hardware store and they measured it and that's what they thought as well. If so, do you have the part in stock (I need two) and may I purchase them directly from you?
