Hi I have a broken 21 inch window balance. Can you advise me on the proper replacement .

This window balance can be replaced with either the S380-21 or the S385-21. The depth measurement of the shoe will determine the series needed for the repair.

The 2020 stamp option will support a sash weighing between 8 to 12lbs.
