21D window balancer

Hello there! Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks like an older version of the S795-21 with the 21D stamp option. The shoe that comes with this is the 15-195 which is 1-1/4" wide with a closed cam but I'm not sure if this matches what you have. Can you measure the width of your shoe as shown below? Can you also confirm if your balance uses a hook or a screw to install?

Please note that it appears your balance was installed backwards. The channel balance "guts" should face the inside of the window track.
