Your channel balance resembles the S795-22 (22B) except that yours uses the 15-198 hook for installation, which we can provide through a custom order. To get started, we'll need to confirm the number of balances you need with the minimum being two. You'll also need to confirm the original T-lock shoes match the 15-195 that come with our stock balances.

I'm also not sure what you mean by the balances falling out. Did the T-lock shoe break, causing them to disconnect from the balance? If so, the replacements will fix the problem. Thank you.
