Thanks for posting! I was not able to cross-reference the stamp from your balance with anything we have in our inventory. The stamp is typically used to confirm the weight range the balances should be able to support.

There is a good chance we can provide you with the replacements you need but I'll need to confirm a few details. To start, may I please see a photo of any other compatible hardware that may be left behind in the window? I'll also need to know the exact weight of the window sash.

Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions you might have in the meantime.

Thanks Jasmine. Here are the photos.
The sash is 33" w x 24.5" h x 1.75" thick. I can't weigh it because I can't get it out yet.
Can you make a recommendation based on this?
Thank you

Thanks for the photos. These balances will need to be a custom assembly. Your bottom attachment is the 62-105 Heavy Duty Pointed Hook, which is something we would need to attach to the replacement channel. Custom assemblies are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Can you confirm if your channel has a ribbed shape versus a "plain" shape?

The sash has already been removed. That is the part of the window that moves up in down in the window frame, most refer to it as the window. We suggest either weighing the sash on a bathroom scale or weighing yourself with the sash and once again without it, the difference will give you the sash weight.

Unfortunately, I would not be able to confirm the sash weight based on its dimensions. While they tell us the size, it does not account for the weight of the material or the glass panes. If we estimate and they are the incorrect balance, you'll be stuck with balances you can't use. We like to ensure we are getting all of the proper information needed before providing a product.

I hope this helps!
