Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hello, Bob. I'm not sure what you have, unfortunately. We have dozens of different balances with that stamp. It's not a product code or anything, it just indicates the strength of the spring.

In order to figure out what Series this is, I need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me clear pictures of the top and bottom nylon fittings. I will also need to know the dimensions of these fittings.

A handy person from Florida, USA says:
Thank you Tom, the metal track is 24" long the end caps are 1/2-9/16 width. Metal track painted 23-2 DW CMC4.
The metal window frame clip is also broken.
Images attached.
Thanks
Bob

Thanks, Bob. This looks like it could be a match for our S395-24. This has a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those match up then you should be good to go.

The metal frame clip is called a "take out clip." Yours is a match for our 16-002.

A handy person from Florida, USA says:

thanks Tom I'm going to research the replacements for the PGT window channel devices both top and bottom - screwed and riveted are broken. They fit into the channel 15/16 w 1/2"d and 5/8 opening Images attached

Tom from SWISCO responded:

This part is called a top sash guide. It's tough to make yours out since it's so damaged but it is very similar to our 18-166. Look it over and see if you agree.
