Hello,
Your balance resembles the S800-23 shown below as long as your metal channel measures 3/8" wide. You would also need 22C strength options for your replacement balances as long as your window sash weighs between 13 and 18 lbs. Please note that these balances are in limited supply and will be discontinued once we run out. Thanks for posting.
