23" spiral balance rod 9/16" with White bushing

It's hard to make out your balance since the tape measure is obscuring part of it, but it seems like a typical non-tilt window spiral balance. You could look at our 3/8" diameter Series 400 or 9/16" diameter Series 500 to start and see if either of these match up.
