23 year old patio door with no make/model markings visible

Hello. I need a new door handle / lock throw for my slider. I have provided tape measure pics showing dimensions and mounting screw to screw spacing. Can you please help me identify a proper replacement for this? Ideally I would like a white finish on the metal hardware, as per the factory unit.
I have had stellar service from swisco with every time I have needed help with hardware- so thank you again and this is why I am returning to your business once again.

I believe our 82-030 Sliding Door Handle Set should work for your door. It does not have a wood handle like the original but it is available in a white finish, as shown below.

The mortise lock you have is similar to the 82-260 Multi-Point Mortise Lock. Yours slightly differs in design, so you may also need to replace the keeper with the 82-249. Carefully look over their dimensions to confirm if these are the right fit.

These pieces are sold separately from the handle set.
