24" 600 series spiral balance

Question

I have tilt windows that presently have S600-24 on each side. I also have 15-015 pivot shoes. I am noticing that the pivot shoes I purchased for you seem to be made for only 1 side of each window. What am I not seeing. Were the original pivot shoes that came with these 22 year old vinyl windows, incorrect? The shoes each have a number printed in the metal. What do those indicate? Thanks.

Thanks for posting! I actually think that our 15-046 shoe may have been a better choice. The 15-015 shoes are usually used for aluminum windows. Take a look at our 15-046 and see if you agree.
