24" Spiral balances 7/16"

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to say that the balance hook attachment you show here has been discontinued and is no longer something we can supply.

We do have one possible solution, though it's unconfirmed. Before I go any further, can you just confirm the diameter of your tube? 7/16" is not a size that was ever made. The only options are 3/8" and 9/16".

Assuming that your balance is 3/8", you could consider using our Series 400 along with a bracket like the 17-031 . The bracket cradles the sash and screws into the bottom. I cannot guarantee that this will work for you, but it is the best option we have at this time.
