24D pella window channel

This is 24" the window is at least 1" shorter in lenght, wondering what is the correct lenght size.

Thanks for writing! The balance you'll need is the Series 795 Channel Balance. Although, I will need to see just one more detail to confirm if this needs to be a custom assembly.

In regard to the length, was the balance presenting you with any issues?

Would you be able to confirm whether the balance attaches at the top of the channel using a screw or a hook? If it attaches using a hook, please let me know the shape of the hole. This will help to determine if the balance needs to be a custom assembly.

The shoe on the balance appears to be the 15-194 1" T-lock shoe, but you'll need to confirm the width to be sure. This is sold separately from our balances but they are fairly easy to swap out. Take a look at the video tutorial tagged below for reference.
