Thanks for posting. I am afraid I do not recognize that white broken piece. Is there any way we can see a photo of the balance complete with no damage?

Hello! The length of your metal balance channel should be 25", so use a custom Series 770-25" with our 15-014 knife shoe. The spring weight for (24TG) will be (25C) for a sash weighing between 17-22 lbs. Please review and let us know what you think or if you have any questions.
