What is the correct replacement part for 25 3 HO Caldwell channel balance? The length of the balance is 26".

Based on your photos, you have either our S380-26 or S385-26. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is best.

Looks like S385-26 is the one I need, but which option? Do I have to weigh my sash? I don't have a scale available.

Since your old stamp reads "25 3," you want the 2530 option. If you're still not sure that's right, the only other choice is to weigh your sash on a scale.
