I need replacement window channel balances, the cord broke on one of my window's balance. Can you tell me what part to order from the photos and the information printed on the metal that reads "25 4 GR Caldwell"?

These winged attachments belong to Series 380 and Series 385. The lone difference between the two Series is a dimension in the bottom shoe, shown below. If you have the 1" shoe, choose S380-26. If it's actually 1-3/32", you need S385-26. In either case, I suspect you need a 2540 stamp, for a window sash between 19 and 25 pounds.

I'm afraid not. Balance cords are not sold separately and we strongly advise against trying to replace them yourself due to possible risk of bodily harm. These springs are under a lot of tension and one bad move trying to replace the cord means you're going to have 30 pounds worth of steel spring shooting back at you. It's not worth trying, and for this reason you won't find any company willing to sell balance cords, including our own.
If the cord on your balance has snapped, you need to get an all new balance assembly. There is no alternative.
