Question

I have a window with the subject window balance on each side. The cord on one side broke making it inoperable. Can you suggest a replacement part? Assuming I will need to replace both sides with a identical balance.

Thanks for your inquiry. Depending on the depth measurement of your bottom balance shoe would determine whether you will choose the S380-26 or S385-26 channel balance as a replacement for your current part. Carefully compare your measurements to see which one is most compatible. You would go with the 2550 option for either one chosen.
