25 year old aluminum single hung windows

These little plastic guides are breaking off. They keep the window straight in frame when raising and lowering. The measure 3/8" x 3/16". Thank you.

It sounds like you need a new face guide. Take a look at our 67-006, 67-014, 67-015, 67-026, 67-027 and 67-028. Remove yours from the window and compare our dimensions to yours to see if one of these matches up to your original face guide.
