They appear to be nylon and sit at the edge of the lower window in a groove. I circled the item of concern in red. Better BILT is the manufacturer but have since gone out of business.

There are 4 small rubber guides on the moveable sash that keeps it aligned. They are in a slot at each corner of the metal window up against the jamb to keep it aligned side-to-side when sliding it up and down.. Hey there, have a house full of 1989 Milgard aluminum windows with lower lift sashes. They are all in bad shape and I am replaceing all of the balancers. Some are missing the part in the picture which seems to cause them to scrape in the channel. Do you sell these? Thanks!

Please ignore my previous attempt at an email, I did not include all the necessary info.I have purchased the wrong balancers in the past and the windows begin to open correctly and without resistance.
